Privacy Notice

This notice explains how MUJO PTE. LTD. (Singapore UEN 202642465E), which operates the lloops business, collects, uses and discloses personal data through lloops.io and in connection with enquiries and calls.

Personal data we collect

When you enquire or book a call, you may give us your name, work email address, company, areas of interest, project or use-case details, preferred meeting time and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not include confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information in the free-text field.

We may also receive ordinary technical and usage information associated with your visit, such as the page visited, approximate location, referring page, browser, operating system and device type. Vercel Web Analytics is configured to provide aggregated, cookieless website statistics.

Why we use it

We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and arrange a call, communicate with you about the requested service, maintain business records, improve the website and services, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations. If we want to use your information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and obtain consent where required.

Who receives it

We disclose personal data only where reasonably necessary for these purposes, including to service providers that support our website and business. In particular, enquiry and scheduling details are provided to Calendly to arrange calls, and website usage data is processed through Vercel. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business reorganisation.

Overseas processing

Some service providers, including Calendly and Vercel, may process information outside Singapore. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal requirements. We then delete or anonymise it when retention is no longer necessary. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about our handling of your personal data, withdraw consent, or request access to or correction of personal data we hold about you. Depending on the request and applicable law, exceptions may apply, and withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing a requested service.

Our website links to services and websites that have their own privacy practices. This notice does not govern information those third parties collect for their own purposes.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
