These terms govern your use of lloops.io. The website and the lloops business are operated by MUJO PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202642465E (“MUJO”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Website purpose

This website provides general information about lloops and its AI consulting services. Website content is not professional, legal, financial or other regulated advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice suited to your circumstances.

Consulting engagements

Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary or advisory relationship and does not oblige either party to proceed. Any consulting work will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement. If those engagement terms conflict with these website terms, the engagement terms control for that work.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, use automated means to extract content in a way that burdens the website, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, design, illustrations, code and branding are owned by or licensed to MUJO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make a reasonable copy of website content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. No other rights are granted without our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Your submissions

You are responsible for information you submit and must have the right to provide it. Do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. Information is not treated as confidential unless we have separately agreed in writing to receive it on that basis. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.

The website may link to or embed third-party services, including Calendly. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content or independent practices. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms or the website.
